Located in France’s Languedoc region, in the St Chinian appellation area, the Mas de Cynanque winery has been producing sophisticated full-bodied wines since 2004, respecting both the natural environment that surrounds it and wine-making traditions. We hope you enjoy visiting our site and the snapshot it gives into our life here at the vineyard.
Located in the heart of the St Chinian appellation area, the vineyard sits on a hillside surrounded by vines and scrubland. In 2004, born from a passion for vines and wine, Mas de Cynanque held its first harvest. Cynanque, the vineyard’s flower emblem, was, in Egyptian times, a symbol of purity, motherhood, and protection. We are thrilled to be able to help you discover our website and our products as our winery is not only part of our working lives but that of our family too.
Each wine has its own individuality. Above all else our respect for the land is what we want to express in each of our wines. We strive to preserve the presence of the purest fruit in our wines, and the maturing process, in vats or 300 litre barrels, is all part of this idea of continuity. Each of our 3 red vintages, bearing the St Chinian AOC label, have a great personality.
