The VineyardWork in the vineyard is undertaken with a great deal of respect for the environment, the stock, and the grape. The natural limitations of the soil mean yields for our Méandres wine are around 25 hl/ha. Organic fertilisers make it possible to maintain the microbial life and the structure of the soils.
WinemakingThe grapes are harvested manually in small boxes and are sorted on the plot. After pressing, fermentation takes place in small, thermoregulated vats. The wine is matured and refined in barrels for 6 months.
